Win a D4M dog-training vest of your choice

1. Organiser

The giveaway is organised by Jan Mayer – D4M, Dolní Marklovice 258, 735 72 Petrovice u Karviné, Czech Republic, company ID: 88212149 (the “organiser”). Contact: info@d4m.eu, +420 776 350 272.

2. Duration

The giveaway runs from the publication of the giveaway post on D4M's Facebook and Instagram until 16 November 2026, 23:59 (Central European Time). The winner will be drawn on 17 November 2026.

3. Who can enter

Any individual aged 18 or over with a delivery address in a member state of the European Union may enter. Employees and associates of the organiser and their close relatives are excluded.

4. How to enter

  1. Pick the vest you want most at www.d4m.eu.
  2. Comment its name and colour (e.g. “VOLLK green”) under the giveaway post on D4M's Facebook or Instagram. On Facebook you may also add a photo or screenshot of the vest; a photo is not required.

Each participant is entered into the draw only once, regardless of the number of comments or platforms used. No purchase, sharing or tagging of other people is required.

5. Prize

The prize is 1 D4M vest from the Vests category at www.d4m.eu, chosen by the winner. Model, colour and size are subject to availability; if the chosen variant is unavailable, the winner may choose another one. Shipping is paid by the organiser. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Draw and winner announcement

The winner will be drawn at random from all valid comments, i.e. comments naming a vest from the www.d4m.eu range, posted during the giveaway period. We will announce the winner in a comment under the giveaway post and contact them by private message. If the winner does not reply with delivery details within 7 days of the announcement, the prize is forfeited and the organiser will draw a replacement winner.

7. Personal data

The organiser is the data controller. Participants' comments are public under Facebook's and Instagram's rules. The winner's name (profile) will be published when the result is announced. We will ask the winner for their name, delivery address, email and phone number, which we will use only to deliver the prize and will not process further after delivery unless required by law. Participants have rights under the GDPR, in particular the right of access, rectification and erasure, which they can exercise at info@d4m.eu.

8. Meta

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram). Participants acknowledge that Meta bears no responsibility for the giveaway.

9. Final provisions

The organiser reserves the right to exclude participants who break these rules, act fraudulently or post offensive content, and, for serious reasons, to shorten, extend or cancel the giveaway or change its rules; any changes will be published on this page. There is no legal entitlement to the prize. By entering, participants agree to these rules.
