Return conditions:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and all parts must be complete.

Do not send the package back to any address until the return has been registered in our system.

Return shipping costs:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or the product is defective/incorrect.
Delivery delays caused by customs clearance that are beyond our control are not considered a valid reason for a return.
If the package arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong type of product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
The customer must contact support within 14 days of receiving the product to report the issue.

Refund process:
Once we receive the returned item and complete the inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.
Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Lost or returned shipments:
We do not issue refunds for orders that are returned to the sender during transit due to an incorrect address or failed delivery.

Defective or damaged items:

We will arrange for a replacement product to be sent.
Defective products are eligible for exchange only, not for a refund.
